Verbinden und trennen Sie die Kameraköpfe nur in
stromlosem Zustand, damit das System keinen Schaden
nehmen kann. Stellen Sie gemäß der gewünschten
Nutzung eine Verbindung zu einem HDMI-Monitor
oder zu einem Netzwerk her. Es ist auch möglich beide
Optionen parallel zu nutzen.
Nehmen Sie die Kamera nur in eingebautem
Zustand in Betrieb, sodass die Wärme ausreichend abge
-
führt werden kann.
Der Betrieb der Kameraköpfe unter thermisch isolierten
Montagebedingungen (z.B. kleiner Anbindungspunkt
aus thermisch schlecht leitenden Materialien) ist nicht
zulässig. Die Zylindermantelfläche des Kamerakopfs kann
unter diesen Bedingungen unter Umständen Tempe-
raturen über 60°C erreichen (Verbrennungsgefahr) und
Schaden nehmen.
Gemäß der Richtlinie IEC 60204-1:2019-06, darf
sich der Anschluss der Geräte nur in trockenen Umge-
bungen befinden. Soll der Kamerakopf in Naßräumen,
wie beispielsweise in der Werkzeugspindel, zum
Einsatz kommen empfehlen wir je nach Risikobeurtei
-
lung des Maschinenherstellers ein Pigtail-Kabel (A) mit
dem Anschluss des Kamerakopfes z.B. mittels eines
Schrumpfschlauches (B) unlösbar zu verbinden, siehe
Abbildung 5. Anstelle des Datenkabels mit zwei männli
-
chen M12-Steckern ist ein Verlängerungskabel mit einer
weiblichen M12-Buchse (auf der Seite des Kamerakopfes)
und einem männlichen M12 Stecker (auf der Seite des
Steuerechners) zu verwenden. Vorkonfigurierte Kame
-
raköpfe können Sie spezifisch für den gewünschten
Einsatzzweck auch auf direkte Anfrage beziehen. Im Falle
des Eigenbezugs des Pigtailkabels und des Datenkabels
ist zwingend die Spezifikation der Anschlüsse und Kabel
zu beachten, siehe Kapitel „Spezifikation - Schnittstellen“.
Netzwerk
Direktverbindung
Die Bedienoberfläche (Kamerabild sowie die Einstel

lungen) erreichen Sie bei Verbindung mit einem Netzwerk

Only connect and disconnect the camera heads
when the power is off to prevent damage to the system.
Connect to an HDMI monitor or network according to
the desired use. It is also possible to use both options in
parallel.
The camera is only to be put into operation when
it is in an installed state, such that the heat can be dissi-
pated adequately.
The operation of the camera heads being mounted
thermically isolated (small connecting area in combina
-
tion with thermo-insulating material) is prohibited. Risk
of burns due to temperatures exceeding 60°C on the
cylinder barrel surface of the camera head.
According to guideline IEC 60204-1:2019-06 the
connection area on the rear of the camera head must be
located in a dry area and protected from fluids. Mounting
and demounting must only be done under dry conditions
– risk of electric shock (48V).
In the case of mounting the camera head in wet condi
-
tions, such as nearby to the spindle seat, depending on
the machine manufacturer‘s risk evaluation it is adviseable
to connect the camera head with a non reversible pigtail
cable (A), which is tightened to the camera head e.g. using
a shrinking tube (B), see figure 5. Thus an electrically safe
connection for wet conditions is established. Instead of
installing the data cable with two male ends it is neces-
sary to exchange it by an extension cable with a female
end poiting towards the camera head and one male end
pointing towards the control unit. On receipt of a direct
inquiry the manuafacturer can provide the camera heads
with a non reversible confugured pigtail cable and a
extension cable. By organising the interfaces, data cables
and pigtail cables without the manufacturer please refer
to the necesary cable specifications in chapter „Specifca
-
tions - interfaces“.
