LUBRICATION - TRAILER MOUNTS

A Rear Drive
Oil Bath SAE 30. Approximately
10 gallon capacity. Check every 60 days. Keep filled to sight plug. Change if contami-
nated.
B Conveyor
Chain Light Weight Oil Brush On lightly every 40 Hours of operation
C Front
Bearings Standard All Purpose
Grease Every 100 hrs.
D Conveyor
Bearings Standard All Purpose
Grease One pump every 8 hours of operation
E Bearings In
Rear Drive Standard All Purpose
Grease Three pumps every 100 hrs. for each zerk in grease bank.
F Gearbox
Mobil Delvac
Synthetic Gear Oil
75W-90
Prior to operation, remove the upper most plug and replace with
vent plug provided. After first 100 Hrs. of operation, drain the oil.
Flush gear case with an approved non flammable, non toxic solvent
and refill with oil. There after oil should be changed every 2000
Hrs. or 12 months.
G PTO Shaft Standard All Purpose
Grease Every 16 Hrs. IMPORTANT: AT EACH LUBRICTION MAKE SURE THE
PTO SHAFT SLIDES IN AND OUT FREELY. FAILURE OF THE SHAFT TO
SLIDE FREELY WILL RESULT IN DRIVE TRAIN DAMAGE.

Bearings Pack With Lithium Base
Grease Pack Every 12 Months
I U-Joint Standard All Purpose
Grease Every 10-20 hrs.
