Measuring the gas level

Press the gas level meter firmly
and horizontally against the wall
of the gas cylinder such that the
measuring probe

is pressed.
For this purpose, select a clean
spot without any welds. The LED
indicator
1
will start flashing in
blue.

After a few seconds the LED
indicator glows in red or green
•
Red: There is no gas at
this point. Choose a lower
measurement point.
•
Green: There is gas at this point.
Choose a higher measurement
point.

Repeat the measurement till you
can clearly identify the border
between the "red" and "green"
area. This is the level of your gas
cylinder.

Gas cylinders are only filled upto about 80 % so that the
gas can expand during temperature fluctuations.

The gas level meter only works with steel cylinders.
It has been designed for 5 kg and 11 kg gas cylinder,
works to some extent with other steel cylinders.

Maintenance
Cleaning
The gas level meter requires very little maintenance.
Only use spare parts / accessories from the manufacturer or
authorised and qualified workshops.
Repairs should only be carried out by qualified technicians or by
an authorised service centre. Qualified technicians must have
relevant training and experience, be familiar with the design and
construction requirements of the product and understand and
follow the safety regulations.
CAUTION! NEVER immerse the gas level meter in water
Clean the gas level meter with a moist cloth. Never use strong
and / or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents. Allow all the parts to
dry completely. Ensure that water does not get into the gas level
meter.
Proceed as follows to measure the level in your gas cylinder
Usage
Switching on and off

Once a battery is inserted into the gas level meter, it is ready for
use.
ATTENTION
-
The sensor of the device and the measuring point of the
bottle must be very clean.

- The measurement does not work on welding seams.
-
- Always press the device horizontally and firmly (at least 6
kg pressure) onto the bottle.
