Remove the batteries from the gas level meter if it is not used
for a long time, since the batteries may otherwise start leaking.

Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. There is
a risk of explosion.

Ensure that the polarity is correct when inserting. Risk of
damage.

Immediately remove discharged batteries from the appliance.
High risk of leakage.

Batteries are not to be disposed of together with domestic
waste. See the instructions in the chapter "Disposal" in this
regard.

Keep batteries away from children.

Do not throw batteries into fire. There is a risk of explosion.

Never short batteries and do not take them apart. Otherwise
there is a risk of injury and damage.

Use safety gloves to remove the battery if it has leaked, so that
the leaked acid does not injure your hands.

Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In
the event of contact with battery acid, rinse the area thoroughly
with clean water and immediately consult a doctor.

Store the gas cylinders away from sunlight in a safe, cool and
dry place, out of reach of children. Never store the gas cylinders
indoors or below the ground level.

Before using the gas level meter, ensure that the gas cylinder is
properly closed and that gas is not present in the surrounding
air. Danger of explosion.

Take the gas level meter and the accessories out of the
packaging.

Check whether the delivery is complete (see the chapter "Scope
of delivery / Description of parts").

Check if the gas level meter or the accessories are damaged.

Do not use the gas level meter if it is damaged or parts are
missing. Contact the manufacturer.
Proceed as follows to insert or replace the battery:

Loosen the battery cover

using a Phillips screwdriver and
open the battery cover.

If necessary, remove the used battery and dispose of it in an
eco-friendly manner.

Insert a new battery. Pay attention to the correct polarity.

Replace the battery cover and close it using a Philips
screwdriver.

Keep the gas level meter in a clean and dry place.

Do not expose the gas level meter to water, dirt and dust.
