• Select the type of meat by tapping the appropri-
ate animal symbol 4.
• Then you can select how the meat is to be
cooked from the available options 5 ranging
from "Rare" to "Well done" (these differ accor-
ding to the type of meat) to suit your personal
preference.
• If you want you can also adjust the particular
temperature setting by pressing the -/+ button
for the option concerned. The selected option is
then highlighted in grey.
• Press the Back button "

" 1 to return to the
Thermometer screen and press "Start" to start
the operation.
Once the specified temperature is reached, an
alarm sounds to signal that the meat is now
cooked as required (right-hand screenshot).
To create a custom meat type, press the "New"
button 2 at the top right.
