10. Operating modes (thermometer
modes)
You can operate the meat thermometer in 3 diffe-
rent modes.
a) BBQ mode = You enter type of meat and how it
is to be cooked; the app then sets the ideal core
temperature.
b) Temperature = Temperature is entered manually;
when it is reached an alarm sounds.
c) Timer = Cooking time is entered and alarm
sounds when time has elapsed.
• On the main menu, select the item Thermometer
mode. Thermometer operation is now active.
• Now select the thermometer mode. To do so,
press either BBQ mode
, Temperature
or Ti-
mer
at the top centre of the screen.
