A.) Working in normal operation mode
• Turn the rotary knob to the right to the desired speed level.
• The appliance starts, the LED pilot lamps of the function buttons go out.
• By turning the rotary knob to the left or to the right, the speed level can be decreased or
increased.
• To stop the appliance, turn the rotary knob to the left in OFF-position. The unit is in standby-
mode now.
B.) Working with the function buttons
Function: PULSE
(short-time working at max. speed level)
The middle button is assigned with two functions.
• To start the PULSE function, the middle button must be pressed and held for 1 second at
least.
• The unit commences. The LED pilot lamp of the selected function glows permanently and the
other two LED lamps go out.
• To stop the appliance, release the pressed button again. This procedure can be repeated
several times.
Function: SMOOTHIE, CLEAN, ICE CRUSH
• Press the desired function button shortly.
• The unit commences. The LED pilot lamp of the selected function glows permanently and the
other two LED lamps go out.
• The relating programme provides for perfect results for mixing/cleaning/chopping. Has the
programme run down, the appliance stops automatically and switches back to ON-mode,
indicated by the blinking of the 3 LED pilot lamps.
NOTE: In case the desired result has been reached before the programme ran down, you
can stop the procedure at any time by pushing the button of the selected function again or
by turning the rotary button to OFF-position.
• Upon finishing of your work turn the rotary button to OFF-position. The appliance is in standby-mode now.
Refilling ingredients
•
Attention: Hazard of injury! Do not touch the running
blade – neither stir in the glass jar with a spoon or other objects!
• Ingredients can be refilled any time via the small filling hole in the top cover.
• First reduce the speed level.
• Remove the small measuring cup.
• Pour the ingredients gradually in (observe the max. filling quantity!). The measuring cup may serve as a dosing aid.
• Refit and lock the small measuring cup.
• Now the speed level may be increased again.
NOTE: In case ingredients stick inside the glass jar, switch the appliance off and disconnect the power plug.
Then release the ingredients from the walls of the glass jar by means of a dough scraper!
Switching off completely
• Turn the rotary knob to OFF-position. Now the unit is in standby-mode
• For a complete switch off it is necessary to pull the power plug!
