5.2.3 –

Depending on machine’s configuration, this message may be displayed after a preset value of 

water volume used by the machine.

5.3 – lEVEl 3 ( contact tHE maIntEnancE DEPartmEnt )

5.3.1 – breWing unit error

No intensity detected on the brewing unit. Brewing Unit must be replaced.

5.3.2 – WAter FloW rAte probleM

Defective Pump or blocked brewing unit. Pump or brewing unit must be replaced.

5.3.3 – heAting

If “Heating” remains displayed for more than 2 minutes, it may come from a heater problem ( it 

must be replaced ).

5.4 – trouble shot – pod jAMMing

In case of pod jamming, machine must be turned OFF, and unplugged. Then, user must open Top 

Cover N°1, and with care, extract the jammed pod. Once this is done, close Top Cover N°1, switch 

machine ON again, and wait till “Select your drink” message is displayed. Do not use previously 

jammed pod, please throw it directly to bin.

6 – Machine prograMMing – voluMes

to enter Prog mode, press the service button for 5 seconds when the machine indicates 

“select your drink”.

In Prog mode machine displays “Password”: Enter the code 0000.

6.1 – coffEE VolumE sEttIng

6.1.1 – Expresso volume ( Factory setting 40ml )

Select ESPRESSO and validate the selection 

Select the volume ( between 30 to 180ml setting is possible ) and validate the selection.

Exit setting menu.

6.1.2 – Coffee volume ( Factory setting 60ml )

Select COFFEE and validate the selection.

Select the volume ( between 30 to 180ml setting is possible ) and validate the selection.

Exit setting menu. – 

6.1.3 – Long coffee volume ( Factory setting 120ml )

Select LONG COFFEE and validate the selection.

Select the volume ( between 30 to 180ml setting is possible ) and validate the selection.

Exit setting menu.

6.2 – Hot WatEr VolumE ( factory sEttIng 140ml )

Select HOT WATER and validate the selection.

Select the volume ( between 30 to 180ml setting is possible ) and validate the selection.

Exit setting menu.

7 – Machine prograMMing – advanced settings

to enter Prog mode, press the service button for 5 seconds when the machine indicates “select your 

drink”.

 

In Prog mode machine displays “Password” : Enter the code 1234.

7.1 –  language choice

To set machine’s language, use the control pad to scroll, validate selection and record the 

language.

7.2 –  Brightness

To set machine’s display brightness, use the control pad to scroll, validate selection and record the 

desired value.
