Refresh the screen to confirm that the new resource number is displayed in the
resource field and the controller status is configurable.

must also be configured in the application, in the

Resource Properties

Configure the IP Address in the Controller

When you build a new AADvance controller, or install a new 9100 processor base
unit, you have to configure the

IP Address

stored in the controller.

The procedure to configure the

IP Address

uses the

AADvanceDiscover

utility.

Changes take effect immediately and you do not have to restart the controller. To set
the

IP Address

do the following:

Make a note of the controller's MAC address (

Controller ID

); this is shown on a

label on the processor base unit. Install at least one 9110 processor module into
the processor base unit.
