8.2.3 Oil filter replacement
The oil filter must be changed at every oil change
Disassemble the oil filter FO by mean of suitable tape device
WARNING : Dispose the oil filter in accordante with the local regulations
The new oil filter (CS-050-P10-V) must have a filtration level of 10 micron and a pressure
resistence of 0,2 bar
Before to install the new oil filter slightly lubricate the sealing ring and then screw it by hand

8.2.4 Cleaning of oil/air heat exchanger
The heat exchanger SO must be cleaned every 4000 hours or every 6 months
Remove the gride G
Clean the space between the heat exchanger lamellas with an air compressed
jet
WARNING: Do not damage the heat exchanger lamellas
during this operation
Position the grid

8.2.5 Demister cleaning/replacement
Clean the oil demister FD every 4000 h working :
Downward extract cylinder tank by unscrewing it.
Rinse it by possible oil residual.
Re- position the cylinder in his housing

8.2.6 Change of the oil type
The mineral oil and the PAO syntetic oil are fully compatible and can be mixed, but for an eventual refill use the same type of oil in use to
preserve the oil characteristics.
In case of oil tyoe change follow the oil manufacturer instruction and change the oil after 24 operation hours
WARNING: The POLIGLYCOL syntetic oil is not compatible with mineral oil and PAO syntetic oil, before use
this type of oil request the specific instruction to ROBUSCHI.
