4 WORKING CONDITIONS
4.1 Conveyed gas and operating environment
ROBOX SCREW is suitable to convey only Air or Nitrogen in a non classified zone with non corrosive and no explosive atmosphere
NOTE: The suction of liquids damages ROBOX SCREW

4.3 Flow adjustment
Change the frequency supply of the electric motor, respect the speed limits indicated in the table above
Discharge excess flow and silence it
WARNING : Do not use relief valve to discharge the excess flow
WARNING : Do not recirculate the excess flow to inlet.
WARNING : ROBOX SCREW is a positive displacement compressor then throttling the inlet or the outlet pipe
can cause the operation of the compressor out of the operating limits indicated in the paragraph 4.2..
4.4 Noise level
Noise level radiated from the surface of ROBOX SCREW is indicated in the table at page 3
NOTE: The value indicated in the table is referred to the ROBOX SCREW unit only measured in a free field,
the value measured in the installation site can be different by the noise radiated by the piping and by the
reverberation characteristic of the ambient.
WARNING : For high compression ratio and for high speed of rotation noise level of ROBOX SCREW WL
(without noise enclosure) can be higher than 85 dB(A).
