Cancelling alarms
1. Whilst an alarm is sounding, press
On/Standby
to cancel the alarm.
2. If the snooze feature is not required, then setting the snooze option to
'OFF'
will allow other controls also to be used to
cancel an alarm (see page 22).
When the alarm sounds

Note:
If the radio is switched on because of a radio alarm you can control basic functions such as the volume control.

back to standby mode when the alarm duration has elapsed.
To set the alarm duration
The alarm duration is adjustable and can only be set while the radio is
playing (default duration is 60 minutes).
1. With your radio switched on, press
Menu
. The menu will show on the
display.
2. Rotate
Tuning
until
'SYSTEM'
appears on the display. Press
Tuning
.
3. Rotate
Tuning
until
'ALARM'
appears on the display. Press
Tuning
.
4. Rotate
Tuning
to choose the desired alarm duration from between 30,
60, 90 and 120 minutes. Press
Tuning
. The radio will exit the menu.
The chosen duration setting will be used for all subsequent alarms.
