q u alified in the installation and ser v ice of eq u ipment
sold and s u pplied by Roberts-Gordon E u rope
Limited and conform to all req u irements set forth in
the ROBERTS GORDON ® man u als and all
applicable go v ernmental a u thorities pertaining to the
installation, ser v ice, operation and labeling of the
eq u ipment. To help facilitate optim u m performance
and safety, Roberts-Gordon E u rope Limited
recommends that a q u alified contractor cond u ct, at
a minim u m, ann u al inspections of yo u r ROBERTS
GORDON
®
eq u ipment and perform ser v ice w here
necessary, u sing only replacement parts sold and
s u pplied by Roberts-Gordon E u rope Limited.
Read this man u al caref u lly before installation,
commissioning, operation, or ser v ice of this
eq u ipment. All components are accessed v ia the
lo uv ered access panel belo w the b u rner. Opening
the door exposes li v e electrical connections and hot
components.
10.1 Pre-Commission Checks
These instr u ctions sho u ld be read in conj u ction w ith
the b u rner man u fact u er’s man u al.
All pre-commission checks must be carried out
before firin
g the heater.
Ens u re that the heater and all controls are s u itable
for the f u el, press u re and electrical s u pply to w hich
they are to be connected.
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect electric before service.
More than one disconnect switch may be
required to disconnect electric from
equipment.
Equipment must be properly grounded.
Severe Injury Hazard
Do not enter equipment while in operation.
Equipment may start automatically.
Do not operate with door open.
Installation, operation and service must be
done by a trained technician only.

Falling Hazard

equipment and practices to

equipment as support.
WARNING

Allow equipment to cool

Leak test all components of
equipment gas piping
before operation.
Gas can leak if piping is not
installed properly.
Do not high pressure test
gas piping with equipment
connected.
