CAUTION 

1. To prolong the life of your equipment, please do not use scratched, dusty or 
poor quality discs.

2.You will  need to FINALIZE a disc after recording, to play on other equipment.  
You cannot record or make changes to a disc once it is FINALIZED. Please  
keep the disc clean at all times to prevent damage.

3You cannot record more than one type of format on one disc.(i.e. NTSC or PAL
cannot be recorded on the same disc.)

4.A DVD+RW is a + Rewritable disc,  which can be recorded on repeatedly. 

5.To prevent damage to a disc, do not turn the power off or perform other 
functions, while editing.

6.

Your DVD RECORDER cannot record from the following:

      - Videotapes with copyright protection
      - DVD’s with copyright protection
      - Cable TV broadcasts with copyright protection

1.Insert a recorded DVD+RW on the disc tray.

The Index Picture screen pops up.

2.Use the direction keys to highlight the title 
which you want to edit.

3.Press EDIT, the edit bar appears on the 
screen while playing back.

Press RIGHT/LEFT to highlight one icon and 
enter it, press UP/DOWN to select a sub-item.
