Seal the enclosure at points indicated on positions 3, 4 (fig. 5.1.). Close the 
safety cover and seal the enclosure at the point indicated at the position 6 (fig. 
5.1).

During construction works the installed signaling devices should be protected 

from mechanical damages and ingress of construction materials (whitewash, 
paints, cement kiln dust etc.).

Maintenance and Safety Measures 

During fire alarm system maintenance check signaling device operation on a regular 

basis at least once every six months according to the following procedure: 

1.

 

Confirm the device is operated in the standby mode, check the corresponding 
indication (fig. 7.1.). 

2.

 

Remove the seal from the point indicated at the position 6 (fig. 5.1). 

3.

 

Open the transparent cover of the signaling device. 

4.

 

Press the fire alarm button. 

5.

 

Confirm the alarm appearance (fig. 7.1). 

6.

 

Confirm the alarm remains after releasing the button.

Using the extractor reset the button. 

8.

 

Check the normal state of the indication (fig. 7.1). 

All installation and maintenance activities applied to the device should be performed 

by duly qualified personnel.

Transportation and Storage 

The device should be properly packed and transported in roofed vehicles. Storage 

premises should be free of current-conducting dust, acid and alkaline fumes, corrosive 
gases and gases harmful to insulation.

Manufacturer’s Warranties 

The manufacturer guarantees that the device complies to requirements of the 

technical specifications provided to the client, ensures compliances to conditions of 
transportation, storage, installation and operation. 

Although 

the warranty period

 is 18 months from the commissioning date, it may not 

exceed 24 months from the production date. 

The 

warranty storage period

 is 12 months from the production date. 

The manufacturer reserves the right for modification of the device in any way that 

does not degrade its functional characteristics without prior notice. 

15.

 

Information on Claims 

In case of a device failure or defect during the warranty period, please fill in a 

malfunction report specifying the dates of issue and commissioning of the device and 
nature of the defect and submit it to the manufacturer.
