Troubleshooting
WARNING
Before you insert any add-on card or hardware component in the
SDRCB, always disconnect the power cord first.
2.Symptom checking List

No Power (FAN is not
rotating)
1. Make sure no short circuit exist between the
motherboard and chassis
2. Check if all jumpers are set to the default
position.
3. Check if the 115V/230V switch on the power
supply is properly set.
4. Check the CPU is inserted properly into CPU
socket.
5. Check the power cord of the CPU fan is
plugged into the correct position.
6. Turn the power switch on and off to test the
system
7. Check the power of the battery on the M/B. In
general, the battery voltage is around 3VDC.
Can power on the
system (FAN is
rotating), but no screen
display.
1.
Remove all the add-on card exclusive CPU,
and memory modules.
2.
Check if the memory is Registered ECC
DIMM. Please check your reseller for
qualified memory available vendor list (AVL).
3.
Check if all jumpers are set to the default
position.
4.
Clear CMOS by using CLRTC jumper. Please
refer to the page 1-2 in this manual.
5.
Check if the connection is connected
properly between onboard VGA port and
monitor.
