Fan
1. Turn off gas supply.
2. Turn off water supply.
3. Turn off 120v power supply.
4. (Indoor model only) Remove temperature
controller. Remove two screws for temperature
controller bracket. Remove bracket.
5. Disconnect fan harness connector (white, yellow,
black, red).
6. Remove two screws at top of fan assembly.
7. Remove fan assembly.
8. Install new fan assembly.
9. Reinstall two screws at top of fan assembly.
10. Reconnect fan harness connector (white, yellow,
black, red).
11. (Indoor model only) Reinstall temperature
controller bracket with two screws. Install
temperature controller in bracket.
12. Turn on 120v power. Turn on water supply. Turn
on gas supply.

1. Turn off gas supply.
2. Turn off water supply.
3. Turn off 120v power supply.
4. (Indoor model only) Remove temperature
controller. Remove two screws for temperature
controller bracket. Remove bracket.
5. Disconnect high tension cord from electrode.
Remove one screw for igniter module bracket.
Remove igniter bracket from gas manifold.
6. Disconnect fan harness connector (white, yellow,
black red).
7. Remove three screws and lock washers to fan
motor.
8. Remove fan motor from housing between the
copper pipes.
9. Install fan motor. Ensure fan motor is clocked
correctly for harness connector.
10. Reinstall three screws and lock washers to fan
motor.
11. Reinstall igniter module bracket to gas manifold
with one screw. Install high tension cord to
electrode.
12. (Indoor model only) Reinstall temperature
controller bracket with two screws. Install
temperature controller in bracket.
13. Turn on 120v power. Turn on water supply. Turn
on gas supply.
