<folder_name> is the name of the new folder, which can contain 255 characters
in maximum. The name can consist of Chinese characters, English letters, and
numbers (one Chinese character takes two bytes).

Folders cannot be created in C disk. If the current path is C disk, send this

command and a prompt message will be displayed.
