Thickness set up: Once all these parameters are setted, measure the thickness of
the book and adjust the opening distance of the side glue rollers.
Sidegluing: During the set up of the gluing distance, it is essential to open the disks
wider than the book block is. Example: 80gsm offset paper thickness is 15 mm, then
open the head to 15.5 – 16.0 mm.
Cover adjustment: When all the parameteres are setted, then adjust the cover
position on the binding unit. Once it is adjusted, insert the book block into the clamp
and push the clamp close button to start the binding process.
