4.8 Vacuuming unit
This unit serves to vacuum the paper dust created during the
milling process. The daily cleaning and maintaining of the unit is
very important in respect of the working of the vacuum. Blow out
the dust sack by air after emptying at least once a week. Check if
there is any occurred obstruction in the vacuum as well as in the
suction pipe. Danger of clog gage can cause reduced vacuuming
power during operation. It must be checked because leads to the
failure of the vacuum. Always pull out the power plug of the
vacuum from the machine at maintenance of the vacuuming unit.
It is NOT allowed to operate the machine without vacuuming unit!
If the vacuum fails during operation, the current working process can be still finished,
but after it the machine cannot be operated until the reparation of the vacuuming unit.
The emptying of the dust sack is necessary every day.
