ABMESSUNGEN (A)

 

- Richtwerte

Die Brennerabmessungen sind in der Abb. (A)
angeführt. Zur Inspektion des Flammkopfes
muß der Brenner geöffnet werden, indem der
hintere Teil auf dem Scharnier gedreht wird.
Der Raumbedarf des offenen Brenners ist mit
den Maßen L und R angegeben.

REGELBEREICHE (B)

Die 

HÖCHSTLEISTUNG

 wird innerhalb der

schraffierten Zone im Diagramm gewählt.
Die 

MINDESTLEISTUNG

 soll nicht niedriger

sein als die Mindestgrenze des Diagramms:
MB8SM BLU

= 1300 kW

MB10SM BLU = 1100 kW
MB12SMBLU = 1450 kW

Achtung: 

der REGELBEREICH wurde bei einer

Raumtemperatur von 20 °C, einem barometri-
schen Druck von 1000 mbar (ungefähr 100 m
ü.d.M.) und einem wie auf Seite 23 eingestellten
Flammkopf gemessen.

MODULATIONSVERHÄLTNIS

Das Modulationsverhältnis, an Prüfkesseln
gemäß der Norm EN 676 ist:
- 6 : 1.
Je nach Anwendung kann der Brenner mit
einem anderen Modulationsverhältnis benutzt
werden; weitere Auskünfte sind beim Hersteller
erhältlich.

KESSEL

Die Brenner-Kessel Kombination gibt keine Pro-
bleme, falls der Kessel "CE" - typgeprüft ist und
die Abmessungen seiner Brennkammer sich
den im Diagramm (C) angegebenen nähern.
Falls der Brenner dagegen an einem Kessel
angebracht werden muß, der nicht "CE"-typge-
prüft ist und/oder mit Abmessungen der Brenn-
kammer, die entschieden kleiner als jene in
Diagramm (C) angegebenen sind, sollten die
Hersteller zu Rate gezogen werden. 

Bevor der oben beschriebene Vorgang
ausgeführt wird, muss die Stange ausge-
hängt werden, die den Hebel 19)(A) Seite
12 steuert. 
Nach der Inspektion und dem Schließen
des Brenners, die Stange wieder am
gleichen Loch des Hebeln einhängen.

The maximum dimensions of the burner are
given in (A). Bear in mind that inspection of the
combustion head requires the burner to be
opened by rotating the rear part on the hinge.
The overall dimensions of the burner when open
are indicated by L and R.

FIRING RATES (B)

MAXIMUM OUTPUT 

must be selected in the

hatched area of the diagram.

MINIMUM OUTPUT

 must not be lower than the

minimum limit shown in the diagram:

Important: 

The FIRING RATE area values have

been obtained considering a surrounding tem-
perature of 20°C, and an atmospheric pressure
of 1000 mbar (approx. 100 m above sea level)
and with the combustion head adjusted as
shown on page 23.

MODULATION RATIO

The modulation ratio, determined using test boil-
ers according to standard EN 676 is:
- 6 : 1.
The burner can be used with a different modula-
tion ratio depending on the application - contact
the manufacturer for further information.

BOILERS

The burner/boiler matching does not pose any
problems if the boiler is CE type-approved and
its combustion chamber dimensions are similar
to those indicated in diagram (C).
If the burner must be combined with a boiler that
has not been CE type-approved and/or its com-
bustion chamber dimensions are clearly smaller
than those indicated in diagram (C), consult the
manufacturer. 

Before carrying out the above-mentioned
operation it is necessary to unhook the
slide bar controlling the lever 19)(A) pag. 12.
After inspecting and closing the burner,
re-connect the rod to the same lever
hole.

ENCOMBREMENT (A)

 - Mesures indicatives

L'encombrement du brûleur est indiqué dans le
tab. (A). Attention: pour contrôler la tête de com-
bustion, ouvrir le brûleur en tournant la partie
arrière sur la charnière.
L'encombrement du brûleur ouvert est indiqué
par les cotes L et R.

PLAGES DE PUISSANCE (B)

La 

PUISSANCE MAXIMUM

 doit être choisie

dans la zone hachurée du diagramme.
La 

PUISSANCE MINIMUM

 ne doit pas être infé-

rieure à la limite minimum du diagramme:
MB8SM BLU

= 1300 kW

MB10SM BLU = 1100 kW
MB12SMBLU = 1450 kW

Attention: 

La PLAGE DE PUISSANCE a été

calculée à une température ambiante de  20 °C,
à une pression  barométrique de 1000 mbar
(environ 100 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer)
et avec la tête de combustion réglée comme
indique la page 23.

RAPPORT DE MODULATION

Le rapport de modulation, obtenu sur des chau-
dières d’essai selon la norme EN 676, est de
- 6 : 1.
Est possible d’utiliser le brûleur avec un autre
rapport de modulation en fonction de l’applica-
tion; contacter le fabricant pour avoir de plus
amples informations.

CHAUDIERES

L'accouplement brûleur-chaudière ne pose
aucun problème si la chaudière est homologuée
CE et si les dimensions de sa chambre de com-
bustion sont proches de celles indiquées dans
le diagramme (C).
Par contre, si le brûleur doit être  accouplé à
une chaudière non homologuée CE et/ou avec
des dimensions de la chambre de combustion
plus petites que celles indiquées dans le dia-
gramme (C), consulter le constructeur. 

Avant d’effectuer l’opération ci-dessus,
décrocher la tige qui commande le levier
19)(A) page 12.
Après avoir contrôlé et refermé le brû-
leur, raccrocher la tige au trou du levier.
