Calibrated diaphragm diameter (Ø)
Converting the TAU 110 UNIT to G31 gas
(using the accessory kit, code 20026803, to be
ordered separately)
Assembling the new gas valve:
- Screw the four studs (1) into the valve body.
- Fit the seal (2) and valve mounting flange (3), and fix
them in place with the nuts (4).
- Fit the gas ramp mounting flange (5), fit the seal
(2), and fix in place with the Allen screws (6). Fit the
stepped seal (7) in the flange.
Replacing the old gas valve:
- Loosen the hose clamp (8) and remove the comburent
air hose (9).
- Unscrew the ring nut (10) and disconnect the gas feed
pipe.
- Unscrew the screws (11) and remove the Venturi body.
Unscrew the screws (12) and remove the old gas valve
(14).
- Disconnect the connectors from the gas valve, fan,
ignition transformer and rear of the control panel, and
remove the wiring harness (13).
- Fit the new gas diaphragm (16) and O-ring (15) in the
seat of the Venturi body.
- Fit the LPG valve (17) and fix it in place with the screws
provided (18).
- Fit the Venturi body back in the boiler and fix it in place
with the screws (11).
- Connect the gas feed pipe and tighten the ring nut (10).
- Fit the comburent air hose (9) and tighten the hose
clamp (8).
- Connect up the new wiring harness (19), plugging the
relevant connectors into the gas valve, burner, Venturi
body and rear of the control panel. .

Once the new valve has been fitted, verify the
perfect tightness of all the seals (gas feed pipe –
gas valve – Venturi body - fan).
Settings:
- Perform the necessary calibrations as instructed in the
section “Calibrating combustion parameters”.

The following pressures are required from the gas
supply:
- G20 gas = 20 mbar
- LPG (G31) gas = 37 mbar
