Instructions for use of the cold buffet
Observe the prerequisites
Only fill the cold buffet with adequately pre-chilled food.
Leave free space in the appliance. Due to the air convection and the filling state of the appliance,
the ACTUAL temperature may deviate from the control temperature.
Keep food covered or in a closed container.
Empty and clean the cold buffet daily. Do not use incorrectly for continuous cooling.
Switch the cold buffet on for
around 45 minutes
before use.

More pre-chilling time would only waste unnecessary energy.

Refrigerated well
Designated use
Intended for storage and dispensing of cold bottled drinks or food in Gastronorm
containers, Gastronorm dishes or dessert dishes.
Variant with chilled granite worktop: Intended for chilling and keeping fresh e.g. cold meals
or chilled soups in Lux dishes.
# Refrigeration range
With circulating air cooling, automatic defrosting and defrost water evaporation. Thermostat with digital
display, ON/OFF switch.
Refrigeration range
+2 °C to +8 °C with contact cooling
+6 °C to +15 °C with circulating air cooling
For contact cooling, keep the ½" ball drainage cock closed.
In the version with circulating air cooling the ball drainage cock is omitted, but there is defrost water
evaporation.
