During macro shooting, pressing the ADJ. lever allows you to shift
the AF target by using the

buttons on the camera without
moving the camera. You can lock the focus (

P.38) at the
position where the AF target is shifted and shoot the picture. This
function is useful for shooting on a tripod.

With the camera ready to shoot, press the

(Macro)
button.
• The macro symbol appears on the screen.
