Symptom
If a sufficient gap [A] is not secured between the End Fence [B] and the Exit Roller [C], the
tip of the End Fence [B] could abrade the Exit Roller [C] in the worst case.
NOTE:
This symptom occurs ONLY on the Finisher SR5030 and will not occur on the Booklet
Finisher SR5040.
Cause
A sufficient gap is not secured between the exit roller [C] and the tip of the end fence [B]
due to the inaccurate dimensions of the End Fence.
