SUBJECT: SC361 / UPPER DRUM SHIELD
SYMPTOM:
SC361
CAUSE:
When the drum reverses rotation, the Upper Shield (seal) may wrap around the drum. If this should occur,
SC361 will be recorded in the SP Data (SC Count).
SOLUTION:
To prevent this from occurring, the length of the Upper Drum Shield (seal) has been reduced by 4mm.
