When opening/closing the Door, make sure the area is
clear and be careful not to pinch your hands, fingers,
or pets as shown in Figure 8.

When correctly installed, the gate should not feel loose or wobbly
when tugged.
After the Door is closed, make sure the Top/Bottom Locks work correctly.

Press the lock button (upper and lower one) to unlock
the upper lock.

Press and open the door.
The Bottom Lock is designed to lock the door even if the dog tries to
push the door while the Top Lock is not firmly locked. Make sure to
press the Bottom Lock and lock properly to avoid dog opening the door.

For the Bottom Lock

Twist the Bottom Lock on the side of the dogs. Pay attention not to force
the door open when the button lock is on.
Rotate Adjuster Knobs in the opposite direction to loosen and remove.

Be careful not to drop the product during disassembly.

Make sure the Door is locked during disassembly.

Use a mild detergent and water and clean with a soft cloth/sponge. Cleaning with a scrub brush and/or using a polishing
powder may cause scratches, rust and/or discolor this product.

When using creosol or other disinfectants, make sure to dilute them, otherwise damage to the product or discoloration may occur.

Do not use harsh chemicals such as thinner, benzene or alcohol. These may cause damage/discoloration to the wooden finish.

After cleaning, wipe dry with soft cloth or place in shaded area to air dry; do not place product in direct sunlight. This may
cause discoloration, deformation, or rust.
