Specifies the Hysteresis value for the setpoint. Hysteresis means that once the output is
enabled, the wieght must drop below a value defined as the setpoint value minus the
hysteresis setting before it is disabled. (output disabled if weight < setpoint value -
(setpoint value x hysteresis)).
Set to 0% for no Hysteresis.
