3.5 – Residuals risks
Even if you are operating this product in accordance with the provisions, residual risks will always
still remain. The following dangers can arise in connection with the structure and design of this
product:
-Health defects resulting from vibration emission if the product is being used over longer period of
time or not adequately managed and properly maintained.
-Injuries and damage to property to due to broken accessories or hidden objects that are suddenly
dashed.
-Injuries and damage to property to due to thrown and fallen objects.
WARNING:
This product produces an electromagnetic field during operation! This field
may under some circumstances interfere with active or passive medical implants! To reduce
the risk of serious or fatal injury, we recommend persons with medical implants to consult
their physician and the medical implant manufacturer before operating this product!
WARNING:
It has been reported that vibrations from hand-held tools may contribute to a
condition called Raynaud’s Syndrome in a certain individuals. Symptoms may include
tingling, numbness and blanching of the fingers, usually apparent upon exposure to cold.
Hereditary factors, exposure to cold and dampness, diet, smoking and work practices are all
thought to contribute to the development of these symptoms. There are measures that can be
taken by the operator to possibly reduce the effects of vibration:a) Keep your body warm in
cold weather. When operating the unit wear gloves to keep the hands and wrists warm. It is
reported that cold weather is a major factor contributing to Raynaud’s Syndrome.b) After
each period of operation, exercise to increase blood circulation.c) Take frequent work
breaks. Limit the amount of exposure per day.
If you experience any of the symptoms of this condition, immediately discontinue use and see your
doctor about these symptoms.
IV. GETTING STARTED
4.1- Unpacking
WARNING:
Before using the product, familiarise yourself with the operating features read
the entire instruction manual paying particular attention to the safety rules and operating.

Unpack all parts and lay them on a flat, stable surface.

Remove all packing materials and shipping devices if applicable.

Make sure the delivery contents are complete and free of any damage. If you find that parts are
missing or show damage do not use the product but contact your dealer. Using an incomplete or
damaged product represents a hazard to people and property.

Ensure that you have all the accessories and tools needed for assembly and operation. This also
includes proper personal protective equipment.

Disconnect the spark plug connector from the spark plug, see chapter “Maintenance and storage”.

4.3- Assembly
The blower requires some assembly prior to first time use, including fitting the blower tubes.
Put the machine on a clean, flat, solid and stable surface.
Attach high velocity nozzle to upper blower tube by aligning raised tabs on upper blower tube; slide
together and tighten securely by twisting. Check that the tube is securely and correctly fixed.
If you want to remove the blower tube, rotate the tubes to unlock them and remove from the blower
