Commissioning
Once ALL connec ons have been made to the
Rhino Panic Pack and
power is ready to be applied, you should read this sec on before
con nuing.
The Rhino Panic Pack leaves the factory programmed with default
set ngs and when the system is powered up for the first me the
defaults e ingsa re in use.
Connect the black ba ery lead to the nega ve (
–) terminal of
the standby ba ery and the red ba ery lead to the posi ve (+)
terminal of the standby ba ery. The 7 se
gment display will
show
PP
followed byt he Firmware Version Number e.g.
r4 00
Program the system as described in the next sec on
(Programming the Panic Pack).
Use the diagnos cs page to check zones and outputs (see page
18).
Test the siren and strobe by pressing panic on a Remote
Controll earnt ont hes ystema nd triggeringa n alarm.
Replace the lid and secure with the lid screw supplied

Installa on is now complete and the system is ready for use. Please
