CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
This manual is provided with the purchase of the Crescendo-series RFI-150 radio modem.
The Crescendo-series RFI-150 is a full-duplex data-driven split-port radio operating in the 148 – 174 MHz
VHF band. An air data rate of 19200 bps is achieved on 25 kHz channels with a 25kHz raster. It has a
maximum transmit power of 5W.
