• Use the “MENU” (5) button to leave setting mode and save the settings.
Observe:
The screen/DVR records the camera image only when motion detection is on (“Motion Detec-
tion” set to “On”).
If the sensitivity is set too high, there may be wrong recordings, e.g. when the leaves of trees
move in the surveillance area.
When the recording time is longer than 5 minutes, a separate file is saved onto the connected
data carrier every 5 minutes.
c) Function “PIR Recording”
The screen/DVR records the camera image only when the PIR sensor recognises a temperature change
in the recording area.
The PIR sensor does not react to a pure movement, but to a temperature change in the recording
area, e.g. when a person walks into the recording area.
For the description of the function of the PIR sensor, observe chapter 8 b).
• After calling the function, you can separately activate the recording for each of the four possible radio
cameras (one is enclosed, up to three more can be ordered as accessories).
• Select the desired radio camera (channel) with the control buttons “
S
” or “
F
” (9); it is highlighted in
colour.
• Use the control buttons “
G
” or “
►
” (9) to switch the recording on (“On”) or off (“Off”).
• Save the settings with the button “OK” (8); then you will leave setting mode again.
To leave setting mode without saving the settings (cancel), push the button “MENU” (5).
