2.3 General Instruction Addressing
The address indicated by the content of stack
pointer (SP) plus the value indicated by
displacement (dsp)—added including the sign
bits—constitutes the effective address to be
operated on. The stack pointer (SP) here is
the one indicated by the U flag.
