14. Use manual override to start the boiler.

16. Check the boiler for correct gas/air setup in full load and part load by measuring
the O

levels in the flue gas (direct measurement of CO
2
can lead to inaccuracies
due to varying CO
2
levels in the natural gas). Proceed as follows:

Correct gas/air setup:
16.1. Connect the flue gas analyser, ensuring the connections are gas tight.
16.2. Run the boiler at full-load by pressing ‘
m
’- and [
+
]-keys simultaneously.
16.3. When full-load speed is reached, check values against the table and adjust if
necessary using the screw on the venturi
(see fig. 21).
