Sets the Reference data that is sent to the drive if any of the
following is true:

• Comm Flt Action (18) is set to Send Flt Cfg and communications

are disrupted.

• Idle Flt Action (19) is set to Send Flt Cfg and the scanner is put

into Program mode.
