Drill a 3/8" hole in the duct and insert the probe through the hole until the foam
pad is tight to the duct.
2
Insert the included one-inch (#8) sheet metal screws (2) through the mounting
holes in the flange and tighten them until the unit is held firmly to the duct.

Terminate the SMART-Net
™
communication cable conductors to the SS-DUCT
using the 4-pole terminal strip.

Attach the cover plate to the SS-DUCT.
