FAN REPLACEMENT - WITH REMOTE CONTROL

Remove fan from unit by lifting up off pins.

To reinstall - reverse steps.

To access the fan control module (FCM) remove 4 screws to remove access
panel as shown below.

Disconnect the fan wire harness through the rear panel. Disconnect 2 x
1/4" spade connectors to the fan terminals. Disconnect the ground lug to
the fan using the screw provided.
WARNING
Electrical Grounding Instructions
This appliance is equipped with a three-prong
(grounding) plug for your protection against shock
hazard and should be plugged directly into a properly
grounded three-prong receptacle. Do not cut or remove the
grounding prong from this plug.

Before you begin:
Shut off the gas supply to the unit.
Disconnect all electrical supply to the unit.
Always let the appliance cool to room temperature before servicing.
Note:
To access the side and rear access panels both the gas and vent-
ing will need to be disconnected (see vent/lue installation in this
manual) for proper removal.
There is no access to the blower from the front of this appliance.

Remove 5 screws and loosen 2 screws along the bottom to remove fan
access panel -see Diagram 1.

FAN CONTROL MODULE REPLACEMENT
Note: To access the right side cover for the fan control module both the gas
and venting may need to be disconnected (see vent/lue installation in this
manual) for proper removal.
Before you begin:
Shut off the gas supply to the unit.
Disconnect all electrical supply to the unit.
Always let the appliance cool to room temperature before servicing.
