10. Attach the label “This unit has been converted to LPG” near or on top of
the serial # decal.
11. Replace yellow “NG” label with red “LPG” label.
12. Adjust aerations settings - see Air Shutter Adjustment section in the manual.
13. Reinstall burner removed in Step 5.
14. Check for gas leaks.
15. Check inlet and outlet pressures. See Gas Pipe Pressure Testing in manual.
16. Reverse steps 2-1 to reassemble unit.
17. Check operation of fl ame control.

8. Remove burner orifi ce with a 1/2" wrench. Use another wrench to hold onto
the elbow behind the orifi ce. Recycle orifi ce.
9. Reinstall new burner orifi ce LPG stamped #55 and tighten.
7. Replace the NG pilot orifi ce with the supplied LP pilot orifi ce using the
supplied 5/32" allen key.

6. From inside the
fi rebox, remove pilot retainer clip with pliers and pull off the
pilot cap to expose the pilot orifi ce.

to remove burner cover and 2 screws to remove burner (shown below).
