MAINTENANCE

ON/OFF Connector Wires

Disconnect the ON/OFF connector wires from the valve.

Remove the valve tray by undoing 12 screws.

Slightly lift out valve tray.

13)

Disconnect the inlet gas line.

14)

Replace valve and reverse steps.

Remove bottom cover by undoing 3 screws securing it to the firebox

base, lift up and out.

Disconnect the DC Sparker leads at the valve.

Unplug the Ignitor wire from the DC Sparker.
