• Observe correct polarity when inserting batteries into the transmitter or connecting the flight battery to the flight
controller (po and negative/-).
Incorrect polarity will damage not only the transmitter but also the plane model and the rechargeable battery. There
is a danger of fire and explosion.
• If you do not use the model for an extended period of time (e.g. during storage) remove the batteries (or rechargeab
-
le batteries) inserted in the remote control to avoid damage from leaking batteries. Also disconnect the flight battery
from the flight controller.
Attention!
Do not leave the rechargeable flight battery connected to the plane model if the latter is not used (e.g. during
transport or storage). Otherwise, the flight battery may be fully discharged and is thus destroyed/unusable!
• Recharge the rechargeable batteries about every 3 months. Otherwise, so-called deep discharge may result, ren
-
dering the rechargeable batteries useless.
• Always replace the entire set of batteries or rechargeable batteries in the transmitter. Never mix fully charged bat
-
teries/rechargeable batteries with partially discharged ones. Always use batteries or rechargeable batteries of the
same type and manufacturer. Never mix batteries and rechargeable batteries!
• When handling LiPo batteries, observe the special safety information of the battery manufacturer!
8. Model Setup
Before assembling the model, please read each individual section carefully. The construction stages are
illustrated for better understanding.
For design and colour of your model and the remote control, use the illustration, e.g. on the packaging for
reference. Design and colour deviations in these operating instructions are possible. The figures in these
operating instructions only serve illustration.
Only carry out the corresponding steps in the different sections if you have completely understood the
procedure and know exactly what to observe.
