Proceed as follows to switch on the undervoltage recognition:
• Switch off the speed controller.
• Then hold the button (see arrow in the figure to the right)
at the speed controller and switch on the speed control-
ler (do not release the button, keep it held down!).
• When the motor emits two brief sound signals („• •“),
release the button at once.
Then you will hear three long sounds („- - -“).
• The undervoltage recognition is switched on.
If the undervoltage recognition is switched on, the speed controller switches off the motor when the rechar-
geable battery voltage drops below 6.0 V (3.0 V per LiPo cell). This protects the LiPo rechargeable battery
from harmful deep discharge.
Proceed as follows to switch off the undervoltage recognition:
• Switch off the speed controller.
• Then hold the button (see figure at the upper right) at the speed controller and switch on the speed controller (do not
release the button, keep it held down!).
• When the motor emits a brief sound signal („•“), release the button at once.
Then you will hear three long sounds („- - -“).
• Undervoltage recognition is deactivated.
When using am 6-cell NiMH-drive battery, the undervoltage recognition should be deactivated. Otherwise, it
is not possible to use the full battery capacity when driving the vehicle, and the driving time will reduce.
When operating the vehicle with a NiMH battery, stop driving when the vehicle noticeably slows down.
