For proper analysis of body content it is necessary to stand on the scale barefoot. Feet,
legs and thighs should not touch each other.
1. Press
Set
button to enter the setting mode. Use and buttons to select the
number of one of ten memory cells to which you want to save your personal data:
P1 - the cell № 1, Р2 - the cell № 2, etc. To confirm input and go to the next pa
-
rameter press
Set
.
2. Using and buttons, select analytical mode:
- male mode, — female
mode.

To confirm the input and transition to the next parameter press Set.
4. Using and
buttons enter your age value. To confirm the input and transition
to the next parameter press
Set
.
5. Using and
buttons enter your height value. To confirm the input and tran
-
sition to weighing press
Set
.
The default measurement unit is centimeters (
sm
indicator). By pressing the Unit
button when setting the height value you may change the measuring unit for pounds
(
ft
indicator).
6. Place the scales on a hard even surface. The scales platform form the horizontal
position may influence the weighing results.
7. Wait for 0.0 inscription and weight measurement unit indicator to appear in the
weight indication area. Carefully stand with both feet on the scales. Scales are
automatically switched on. Put your feet to the right and left from display. Stand
straight, do not move. Do not shift weight from one foot to the other.
Lо message will appear on display if the battery is low.

The digits on display will flash three times in a few seconds, after that the appli
-
ance will display the precise weight value. Analytical process on defining the
body-build parameters will be started. The moving
о
sign will appear in the
body-build parameter indication area.
In case of overload (more than 180 kg) the following message will be displayed
O-Ld.
9. At the end of analytical process your body-build parameters with the correspond-
ing indicators (fat, mus, bone, water, kcal, bmi) will consequently appear on
display.
10. At the end of displaying the body-build parameters the scales will be automati-
cally disabled in 10 seconds.
After transportation or storage at low temperatures allow the appliance to stay at room
temperature for at least 2 hours before using.
Wipe the housing with a damp cloth and let dry.
Installing the battery ensure that your hands and the unit are dry.
Remove the battery compartment cap and pull out the plastic tab from underneath the
battery. Before the use ensure that the battery is installed correctly with regard to
polarity. Close the battery compartment cap.
Caution! Batteries, included in set, are intended only for checking the appliance op
-
erational capability. For extended operation of the appliance it is recommended to
purchase a new set.
II. OPERATING THE SCALE
The default measurement unit is kilograms (kg indicator). By pressing
button
when 0.0 value is displayed you may change the measurement unit for pounds (lb
indicator) or stones (st indicator). Adjusted parameters are saved upon the subsequent
weighting.
Always ensure that the surface of the scale and your feet (soles of your shoes) are
completely dry before the use to prevent slipping or injury.
Simple weighing mode
1.
Place the scale on a flat, stable, and horizontal surface. Uneven surfaces may
cause inaccurate readings. Carefully step onto the weighing platform with both
feet to turn the scale on. Place your feet in the centre of the platform. Stand
straight and still. Your body weight should be evenly distributed between the
feet.
In case of overload (more than 180 kg) the following message will appear on
display O-ld. Lо message will appear on display if the battery is low.

ance will display the precise weight value.
3. Go off the scales platform at the end of weighting. The scales are automatically
disabled in 10 seconds.
Weighing mode with body-build parameter indication
This function is not recommended for use by people under 10 years old due to complex-
ity of child's body evaluation with algorithms developed for an adult.
