User Name and Password

Your profile's User name and Password will be used to authenticate you as a valid network user.
They are both case-sensitive: "Password" and "PASSWORD" differ from "password." You must
enter them exactly as they are specified. When you have finished, click Next to continue. If you
wish to modify information entered on a previous panel, click Back.
