3. Lengthen the LATCH strap by
pressing the LATCH adjuster
release button and pulling the
webbing to full length.

4. Unroute one LATCH connector
so both connectors sit on the
side of the seat where the
LATCH strap is attached to
the shell.
5a. Lift the trim cover at the front
and route the LATCH strap
through the
Rear-Facing
belt
path (circled in
blue
). Make
certain the LATCH strap is
routed behind the crotch belt.
5b. Make sure the arrows molded
on the LATCH connectors are
facing up and replace the trim
cover.
