15.4 SETTING THE PARAMETERS
It is possible to change some of the operating
parameters according to the “Settings Menu”
chapter.
For a new switching on, we recommend waiting
for the appliance to cool down completely.

SHUT-OFF
Hold down the icon
for two seconds to stop
the appliance.
The words “Shutting down...” will appear, and
“Current state” will switch from “Work” to:
• Shutdown
• Cooling
• Off

The set values will apply until the next variation,
also with the appliance switched off or
disconnected from the electrical power supply.
We recommend switching off the appliance
strictly following the above. It is forbidden to
turn the appliance off by switching off the power
supply.
15.6 TURNING IT BACK ON AFTER A
BLACKOUT
If the power goes out briefly, the appliance will
automatically switch back on, checking the
safety conditions when the power comes back.
If a prolonged interruption occurs, however, the
appliance will remain off with a blackout warning.
15.7 OPERATION WITH ROOM PROBE
ON BOARD THE STOVE
The appliance can be switched on/off manually
or programmed.
The appliance modulates the power (Auto)
based on the room temperature read by the
on-board probe (it tries to maintain the desired
temperature by consuming as little as possible).
