4-4-5 Cylinder head/valve
1) Disassembly\assembly

Remove the fuel tank
②
Remove the air filter
③
Remove the starting system and air guide cover
④
Remove the carburetor and heat
insulation pad
After removal of the cylinder head cover, scrap off the sealant on the inside of the cylinder head cover and
the cylinder head with the plastic art knife or other blunt instrument.
Spark plug
Clean and adjust
the spark plug
before installation.

Installation/removal:
Tighten the bolts
crosswise for 2-3
times.
Bolt M6X12
 Oil should be applied to
the threads.
 The loosening and
tightening of bolts shall
be carried out in a cross
way, especially for
tightening, each bolt
shall
be tightened
evenly and gradually to
the specified torque.

Installation:
Before
assembly,
remove carbon deposit
in
the combustion
chamber, check the
contact state of valve
seat, and then measure
the
compression
pressure before
assembling.
