4-4-4 Carburetor
a. Disassembly and assembly
Governing pull
rod
Throttle return
spring
Disassembly:
Pull the carburetor out little by
little.
When the valve groove and the
governing lever form a
straight line, remove the
governing lever.
Remove the throttle return
spring,
and remove the carburetor
from the cylinder head.
Carry out installation in the
reverse order.
Assembly:
After removing the fuel
hose from the carburetor,
insert it into the boss of the
choke lever to prevent fuel
leakage.
Assembly:
Use the compressed air to
remove dirt and dust in the
passage first, and pay attention to
the direction of the inner and
outer sides during installation.
After installation, install the HV
wire and the fuel hose reliably.
