The OSUI supports English, French, or German keyboard
mapping. Use the

Login Blank:
The Login Blank feature blanks the Login User name on the screen after the user console is
idle for the specified amount of time in minutes. This acts as a screen saver to protect the monitor. When
this screen is blanked, press any key to bring back the Login screen. The fields are edited the same way as
Security Time Out. The default setting is On/5 minutes.

Login Help Mode:
Use the

keys to select the desired help mode. This controls how the
help and welcome messages are presented on the Login screen. The default setting is Multi-Line.

certain

units that do not have the automatic sync detection feature
built-in, the System Configuration menu will have a option to allow you to manually set the sync type to
accommodate certain types of monitors. See Figure 13. If you experience abnormality in the On-Screen
Display, set the appropriate (or all) user port(s) to Y. The default is N. (See also Front Panel Function on
page 32.)
