Specifi es the total number of drinks that can be queued or preselected in modes 1 and 2.
PLEASE NOTE: 1 = No drink queuing possible. (Options 1 - 16)
In a self service application this parameter must always be set to =1.
Presel. Mode2
Enables or disables the minimum brew-time functions. If the brewing time is too slow, a “CHECK WATER” message
will appear on the display screen.
0 = Disabled
1 = Enabled
DO NOT CHANGE! Factory setting of the position of the top brewing piston.
P1 Turns
Defi nes the time for starting the automatic rinsing programme after the last milk
beverage has been made. (Only available with the automatic milk rinsing option)
Min. value 0 --- Max. Value 30
0 = switched off
1 - 15 = time interval in minutes
Air Foam Valve (AFV): this setting needs to be set if the AFV is present on the 5513
machine. AFV is the removable mechanical check valve located just above the
frother heads (beneath the SS slider cover).
AFV = 0 Air foam-valve not present
AFV = 1 Air foam-valve present

Blowing out time
Contains a list of submenu that changes the MLR (Milk Line Rinsing parameters to
accommodate for longer milk delivery lines. (For example, with an under counter fridge.)
Increases the cap. Time (correction time) after the automatic MLR-rinse
Rinse time can be used to increase water rinsing of the milk pipes by MLR max. 9.9 seconds
Blow out time can be used to increase the time that air is blown through milk pipes by MLR
max. 9.9 seconds.

Notifi es the machine if the new generation brewing unit is present in the machine.
0 = Not present
1 = New brew unit present
B-Emptying
APPLIES ONLY TO MACHINES THAT HAVE VERSION 2.10 OR HIGHER SOFTWARE
Enables or disables steam boiler emptying feature. If enabled the steam boiler will be emptying during the coffee
cleaning and fi lled up again at the end of the coffee cleaning program.
0 = Disabled
1 = Enabled (boiler will empty)
Confi g 1 Menu contains parameters for making adjustments to the machine that do not effect the specifi c drink parameters.
