1. Place the bike on level gound, not supported by any stand, to
set the static sag using the shock spring preload adjuster.
2. Jounce the suspension of the bike to establish proper ride
height. Ensure the handlebars are straight before proceeding.
3. Place a level on the center channel.
4. Increase the spring preload until the center channel is level (0°).
5. Using an angle gauge on the lower fork tubes, continue
adjusting the shock spring preload as needed to achieve a fork
angle of 28° +/- 1°.
NOTE:
A 28° difference between the swingarm center channel
and forks of the bike is critical to achieving proper handling and
weight distribution of the snowbike conversion kit.
